Prime Cuts
All steaks are served with hand cut beef dripping chips, roasted vine tomatoes, mixed leaf salad and a sauce of your choice.
Sirloin 8oz A primal cut of beef from the loin, with a lovely layer of fat on top
Ribeye 8oz A classic cut from the rib section known for flavour and marbling
Rump 10oz A flavourful lean cut from the hindquarter or the cow
